NEW USERS: All current Rush active employees or Rush students with a valid Rush LDAP account can login to REDCap using their Rush username and password. If your username and password does not work please contact Rush IS Help Desk at Help@rush.edu or call them at (312) 942-4357 to reset your password. If you do not have a Rush LDAP account, a Rush sponsor can request an account for you by filling out the REDCap User Account Request Form
COLLABORATOR / EXTERNAL USERS: All external / collaborator user will need to request a PI at Rush to sponsor for his/her account. Please advise the PI to use the following link to request a new account REDCap User Account Request
REDCap API TOKEN REQUEST: REDCap API token is granted on a case by case basis. Please go to our FAQs to request a REDCap API token.
