Communicating the Gynecologic Brachytherapy Experience (CoGBE) |
Thank you for your interest in the Communicating the Gynecologic Brachytherapy Experience (CoGBE) discussion guides for cylinder, T&O/T&R, and intersititial brachytherapy. The CoGBE discussion guides were designed through a collaboration between the Radiation Oncology Education Collaborative Study Group, the University of Chicago Department of Radiation and Cellular Oncology Gynecologic Brachytherapy Service, and the IIT Institute of Design. The CoGBE discussion guides are designed to be used during the provider-patient discussion at initial consultation. They are not intended to supplant traditional literature provided to patients about the radiation treatment process, but rather to enhance provider-patient communication.
After completing this brief survey you will be able to download the CoGBE discussion guides, instructions for use, and associated customization printer templates. Your information will be kept confidential. You will be contacted via e-mail no more than twice per year to determine if and how you are utilizing the CoGBE discussion guides in your clinical practice.
