Welcome to the Cohort 2 CPE Curriculum Development Grant online application. We are pleased you are applying for a grant to build a research literacy curriculum in your CPE program(s). Here you will find guidelines for completing your CPE Curriculum Development Grant proposal.

1. Application Sections

This application includes three required sections:

- Center Details

- Description of Proposed Curriculum

- Supporting Materials

It is important that you complete all items that apply to your context.

A reminder: To be eligible to apply, CPE Center(s) or CPE System needs to be accredited by ACPE. Documentation will be requested later in the application.

2. Saving Your Application - IMPORTANT

You can complete the application in one sitting or save it to return to revise at a later date. Please do not complete multiple applications! As soon as you enter any details into this form, an application has begun. Please follow these instructions for returning to your application at a later date. If you return later only to find you do not know how to access your application, please contact Kathryn Lyndes for support.

To revise your application at a later date:

- Click on the Save & Return Later button. You will be given a Return Code

- When ready to return to the survey, use the original survey link (found on the website) to access the system. In the upper right hand corner of the form, click "Returning?" then "Continue the Survey." Insert your code in the box and click the "Submit your Return Code" button.
